Feasibility/Most Probable Use Analysis for the Undeveloped Portion of the Sewer Vacuum Station Property at 4405 Larson Avenue

The City contracted with R.W. Thorpe & Associates to conduct a preliminary feasibility analysis for the approximate 8-acres of city-owned undeveloped land adjacent to the Sewer Vacuum Station at 4405 Larson Avenue.  The analysis report was presented to the Carnation City Council at their regular meeting on October 20th, 2009.
