Structures demolished on Tolt Avenue

Permits have been issued for the demolition of two houses at the Tolt Avenue/Blanche Street intersection.  No other permits have been issued, but any future development will be subject to the City’s Municipal Code and Design Guidelines. Please contact City Hall with any questions.
