Feasibility/Most Probable Use Analysis for the Undeveloped Portion of the Sewer Vacuum Station Property at 4405 Larson Avenue

The City contracted with R.W. Thorpe & Associates to conduct a preliminary feasibility analysis for the approximate 8-acres of undeveloped city-owned land adjacent to the Sewer Vacuum Station at 4405 Larson Avenue. The analysis report was presented to the Carnation City Council at their regular meeting on October 20th, 2009.
