  • ORCA LIFT card
    • An ORCALIFT card provides reduced transit fares on 9 different service providers, including King County Metro and Sound Transit. A person’s gross household income must be no more than 200% of federal poverty level to qualify for the card. Upon qualifying, visit an enrollment office with verification documents.   • Subsidized Annual Pass (Cash Benefit Programs)
    • The subsidized annual pass allows for King, Pierce, or Snohomish county residents who are receiving ongoing DSHS cash assistance benefits to travel on King County Metro services and Sound Transit Metro services at no cost for up to 12 months.
