Application has been received for a four-lot Unit Lot Subdivision, Site Development Review and Design Review approval to construct two duplex residential units in the R24 zone. The duplex units will be two story buildings, each fronting Stossel Avenue with vehicular access through a newly constructed alley at the rear of the property.
