Water & Sanitary Sewer Utility Combined Technical Standards and Cross-Connection Control Program

Adopted by Resolution No. 416, 10/03/2017, amended by Resolution No. 428, 06/27/2018, and amended by Resolution No. 463, 06/21/2022.

The Combined Water and Sanitary Sewer Utility Technical Standards establish general rules and regulations for the service and extension of service from the water and sewer system of the City; and promotes the public health, safety, and general welfare of users of the water and sewer system.

The Cross-Connection Control Program protects the public water system and public health from contamination via a cross connection.  This Program establishes minimum operating policies, backflow assembly installation practices and testing procedures.
